Return & Exchange Policy
* The product must be returned in its original condition as received
(unused, unwashed, with the original hang tag attached), along with the original purchase invoice.
📍 Customers are entitled to return the item only at the time of delivery, after inspecting the order while the courier is present.
📍 Exchanges are available within 14 days from the purchase date.
* In case any defect appears after use or washing, the item will be reviewed by the brand’s production management: – If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to a return or exchange, and the company will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
– If misuse is confirmed, return or exchange will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
* Please make sure to follow the washing instructions before use.
📍 Items purchased during sale or discount periods are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects only.
* The company covers shipping costs only in the following cases: – Incorrect item sent
– Manufacturing defects
In all other cases, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.
* Refunds are processed after the returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
And the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
